Scholarship Fund
The youth in our community remain an important focus of the Parkrose Business Association and Foundation. Since 1998 PBA has awarded $65,000 in scholarships through fund raising efforts and the generosity of members.
What is Parkrose?
The Parkrose business district is a sizable area located between NE Airport Way and NE Halsey St., and spans from NE 82nd Avenue to NE 162nd Avenue. Known for its proximity to Portland International Airport, its historic landmark status, and its collection of local businesses, the Parkrose business district is an ideal commuter hub for residents from Vancouver, Clackamas, Gresham, and downtown Portland.

Parkrose Business Association (PBA) provides a unified voice to City of Portland officials on behalf of the Parkrose business community. Our monthly luncheons offer networking opportunities, and guest speakers who encourage and inspire our members. PBA members are invited to sign up for a seven minute “Member Moment” and promote their own business. During our luncheons members learn about our Scholarship Program, fund raising events, beautification projects, and various efforts that bring a visibility to the Parkrose Business District and our business members. Included in association membership is a monthly newsletter and a complimentary annual Membership Directory.
